Before we begin.

Can you work from floor plans only?

Yes. Clear floor plans can be enough to begin some projects. CAD, elevations, 3D models and reference material give us more architectural information and usually make production faster. We review what you have before defining the scope.

How closely does the Pre-Market Set follow the plans?

The major layout, openings, spatial relationships and important views are anchored to the project information supplied. Furnishing, styling and secondary details can be developed for the marketing image. Projects requiring closer design fidelity and extensive coordination are better suited to Full Launch.

How many renderings does a property need?

For many single-residence pre-market launches, 6–8 key views are enough to establish the property. Larger homes with more amenities, important outdoor areas or multiple marketing uses often require a broader visual set.

Can you work from a home already under construction?

Yes. Construction photography can be combined with architectural plans, material information and design references to show the intended finished property.

Do you work directly with real estate agents?

Yes. Aruni works with developers, builders, architects and real estate teams. For agents, we can review the property information and recommend the views most useful for the listing and launch.
